  Scope of Work:
  Functional Test Lead
  *Test Estimation & Planning
  *Test Prgress tracking & Reporting
  *Team Management

  Main Tasks/Responsibilities:
  -Manage the Testing team and day to day assigned tasks
  -Responsible for Test execution
  -Review Project Output Deliverables
  -Monitor the project plan and deliverables
  -Periodic reporting to the client and Cognizant management
  -Project specific issue resolution
  -Metrics collection & Reporting
  -Experience on working in Onsite-Offshore Operating Model with knowledge/worked on Onsite and Offshore Co-ordination.

  Requirements:
  -minimum 5 years of technical expereinces of:
  *Functional Testing
  *Test Estimation
  *Work allocation
  *Test Progress tracking & Reporting
  *Windows operating system
  *Web-based/stand alone application testing
  *at-least one database (Oracle/SQL)
  *Test management tool (Quality Center/Test Director/Rational Test Manager etc).
  *Localization Testing
  -Engineering/Non-engineering Graduate/Post Graduate
  -Fluent German and English language knowledge (written & spoken)
  -Engineering/Non-engineering Graduate/Post Graduate degree
  -Excellent Communication skills & strong delivery track record
  -Management experiences:
  *Leading Team (small to mid size, approx. 2-10 people)
  *Work allocation & tracking progress
  *Quality Management
  *People Management
  -Travel: Flexible to travel within EU for short to mid-term
