Sziasztok!
Van egy acer an515-42 notebookom r5 2500u procival és r560x gpuval.
Kicsit döcögősen indult a típus tavaly nyáron, de azóta hogy januárban magára vállalta az amd a driver készítést, többet nem kell az inkompetens acer programozók miatt szenvedi... VAGY MÉGIS???Történ ugyanis hogy a driver frissítéshez ajánlott volt a bios frissítés, azonban egy hatalmas húzást eltitkoltak.
Akkuról azaz battery módban a proci hard lockolva van 1.6 ghz sebességre ami nem hogy a turbó 3.6 ghztől van fényévekre de még a gyári default 2 ghzet se éri el.
A csavar az egészben hogy hiába raktam vissza a legelső legrébebbi biost, a hard lock benne maradt.
Tisztán emlékszem hogy akkuról is bőven 3ghz feletti órajeleket produkált előtte a noti.A legszórakoztatóbb az egészben hogy tele van az acer saját fóruma a panaszokkal, de le se kakálja az acer support, egy nyomorult kommenet nem eresztettek el fél éve.
A mai napon már az amd-nek árulkodtam, hátha odapirítanak nekik.
Mert ugye ha a 3,6 ghz turbot ki is magyarázzák az akkuval, a gyári 2ghz alatti 1.6ghz-et elég nehéz lesz, mert ugye ez vásárló megtévesztése kategória már.az üzenetem nekik:

I understand Ryzen 2500U processor speed stuck at 1.6GHZ in your system.
Please be informed The maximum processor speed for Ryzen 2500U processor is 2GHZ.The laptop manufacturer customizes the hardware to support the specific features and functions of the laptop. We cannot comment on the customize/laptop manufacturer part.
Please provide me a screenshot of 1.6GHZ stuck you are noticing.
Also please provide me a screenshot of chat conversation between you and acer support team, please attach it I will check it internally

You misunderstood me about the cpu clock speed. I especially mentioned battery mode with the speed issue.
So with plugged in charger, de cpu goes to 3,6 ghz boost clock speed as it should be.
If i pull it out and switching to battery, the cpu is FORCED to 1,6 ghz despite the power management profile in windows 10.

So the cpu speed is 2ghz but with 3.6 ghz boost clock.
I refuse to print screen a task manager with a 1,6 ghz cpu clock because that prooves nothing by itself.KUMAR
To narrow down the issue, I suggest you enable the Ryzen power balanced battery in windows settings and check the issue status.ÉN
You need to understand that on battery mode, the windows 10 power management have ZERO effect on the cpu speed because is HARD LOCKED via bios.
You have the forum converstation on acer support page too. That provides information about the power management, what is is useless in this case. Not even the hidden maximum power profile helps that can be unlocked via regedit.

I understand your concern I suspect the reported issue might caused due to some sort of bug, where other user resolved by updating the latest BIOS but ASUS didn’t provide any latest BIOS, however I will make a note of this issue and forward to concern team for further consideration with in AMD.ÉN

van egy hónapok óta húzódó problémám, de az acertől 100% ignoranciát kapok
acer nitro 5 notebbok an515-42
a gyárilag az 1.06 bios volt rajta de amióta frissítettem, 1.6 ghz-re van erőszakolva a proci akku módban
a weboldalról sajnos nem lehet szerezni 1.08nál régebbit, és egyik későbbi bios frissítés se oldja meg ezt a problémát, az acer meg hazug módon energiagazdálkodási feature-nek hazudja eztszerintetek valahogy meg lehet erőszakolni a dolgot hogy ismét full turbó módom legyen akku módban is?

teljesen buta indiai tech supportosok napokig sokkoltak hasztalan copy paste sablonválaszokkal, aztán amikor managerért "kiáltottam" akkor leráztak hogy nem az ő felelősségük, és úgy korlátozza az órajelet az acer ahogy akarja

My acer an515-42 ryzen 2500u cpu is hard locked to 1.6 ghz in battery mode, on AC power just runs fine.
in battery mode this renders the notebook to a useless lagging pile of.... So please HELP!!! Acer support igoring me for 1 year, i written dozens of support tickets and no answer.
With original bios 1.06 it was okay with high clock speeds on battery, but after bios update everything is wrong.
I cant downgrade bios, because 1.08 and newer bios is only avalible at support page.az a bosszantó, hogy töltőről kifejezetten erős gamer notebook, minden elfut rajta racionális beállítások mellett, de akku módban használhatatlanul belassul
