  Dear XY!

  I have ordered a Sunvel T95X TV box and I have been using it without any problem until yesterday. Since yesterday it won't turn on, it seems like as if it wasn't plugged in. I have tried with another power supply (5V, 0.5 A) and I've managed to turn it on, but it stucks at the boot screen. What should I do?
