  there is, but it is not a thing i would recommend unles you are comfortable doing. try removing all the covers from underneath the unit, then have a look to see if u can find a battery, it will look like a watch battery or maybe smaller. if you dont know what ur looking for im sure there is a map on the site somewhere, just look for motherboard maps. try and remove this battery carefully, before doing all this remove the normal battery. when both batteries are removed hold the power button down on the unit for no more than 10 seconds. replace all items removed and try again.. hope this helps... let me know...

  tehat vedd ki az elemet és az akksit is és tartsd nyomva a bekapcs gombot 10 masodpercig ha jol forditootam de ez nembizti hogy segit
  amit meg mashol irnak hogy recovery dvd-vel meglehet berhelni de gondolom az nincs.
  Ha mas nem hivd fel a hp-t vagy a boltot hogy mi van ilyenkor? (egyebkent tuti ingyen megcsinaljak)
