    Tudom, hogy ez egy magyar fórum, de a problémámat már leírtam angolul az Apple-nek, de szeretnélek titeket is megkérdezni. Remélem, nem gond, ha az angol szöveget másolom be ide, munkaidőben nem telik 2 levélre. :)

    I bought an unlocked an sim free iPhone 5 on eBay. It was previously registered to Vodafone as I saw in the messages. I turned it on and it upgraded the iOs to 7.1.2 immediately. Next day I inserted a giffgaff sim and registered the phone. Everything went smooth. When I wanted to use Skype I didn't hear any sound from the speaker. I though there is some problem with the Skype. Later I realized there is absolutely no sound from the speaker but the headset is working. I checked some forums and red that this can caused by the upgrade and I should do a factory restore. They recommended to use iTunes. I switched off the Find My Phone function in ICloud as they wrote and pressed the button to restore factory settings. ITunes started to work and when restarted the phone in recovery mode seemed no respond. A few minutes later iTunes wrote an error message: can't do the restore on this phone. Since then iTunes doesn't show the data of the phone but always wants to finish the unfinished recovery. I let it do and I was waiting 3 hours but nothing happened after the phone restarted in recovery mode. ITunes wrote: preparing the phone to install the program but only the progress bar animation was rolling. The phone showed the recovery screen without any change on it.
     
    My iTunes version is 11.3.
    My PC OS is Windows XP SP3.
    The firewall and antivirus (F-secure) and malware (Malware Bytes) was on during the first try.

    Az Apple support-on azóta rákérdeztek a pontos hibaüzenetre, de sajnos nem tudom idézni.
