  "The first possible solution would be to check your settings in the Privacy & online safety menu on the console. Otherwise, check the required age that is stated on the box and in the terms and conditions. If your account is set correct and the error is appearing incorrectly, please contact a Game Advisor."

  Ha van géped (PC), akkor Origin-t kapcsold össze a PSN fiókkal, az is megoldás lehet.

  "1 go to origin.com and create and account using the same email as your psn or xbox account.
  2 log out of origin.com
  3 download origin to your desktop
  4 click on the icon you just downloaded and login with the with your psn or xbox user email.
  5 click the friends tab in top left corner and add a friend. select either xbox or psn (whichever you will be playing on)"
