    Gondolom azt, hogy ha pl ajánlottan és/vagy express küldöm... ez jelenti az alap postán felüli kgt-t.

    Közben kaptam választ. De a kedves, pornósztár nevű ügyfélszolgálatos hölgyike(Federica C) csak általánosságokat ir. Küldjem vissza, aztán kivizsgálják. De hogy visszatérítik vagy szervizelik, erre már nem tér ki.

    In order to resolve the issue, we will require the watch and its warranty/guarantee to be returned so that we can undertake our own investigation.
    We offer a freepost returns label for all UK orders. Please create the label on the following webpage and return the watch at your earliest convenience:

    Please include a covering note containing your order ID and detailing the fault. This will allow our Returns team to deal with the issue faster.
    When the item is returned to us our Returns team will be in touch to assist you further and to advise you on the course of action. In some instances we may have to return the watch to the manufacturer in order to seek assistance from their technical department.
    We do apologise for this inconvenience and you have our assurances that we will endeavour to resolve this issue as swiftly as possible.
