  Hello everyone,

  I can understand the frustration about the apparel event caches. However, please let's make sure to keep the discussion civil and avoid any personal attacks.

  That being said, we're aware of your feedback regarding the bad RNG that leads to opening many Field Proficiency/DZ Caches before getting a key. We're also aware the game doesn't indeed provide you feedback when you don't get a key, and it's indeed frustrating.

  We're looking for potential solutions that will allow for more predictable ways to get the event keys for future events and also provide you with better feedback through the UI.

  I don't have any details to share with you at the moment, but I will as soon as there are any news about this.
