  Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-class IT support within Hungary, ensure a quality and timely service is provided to employees and customers
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support via telephone, network access or on site
  • Install, configure and ensure safe and secure connectivity of all distributed servers, desktop and laptop hardware, including terminals, printers, bar-code printers and scanners
  • Install and support software including operating systems, application tools, PC application packages, IM proprietary systems
  • Assist in the preparation of operational procedures and processes to accompany IT systems
  • Maintenance and updating of the Service Desk System and Asset Register systems
  • Ensure adherence to IT support SLAs within the region
  • Support the AFS Solutions Delivery team with any documentation and provide administration services to the team where required
  • Research and resolve all types of IT support requests

  Requirements:
  • Furher education qualification or university degree in IT-related subject
  • At least 2 years of sufficient experience in an IT support role, preferably field based
  • Current MCSE and ITIL accreditation is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including servers, PC desktops and laptops, printers
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and Hungarian
  • Experience with Microsoft desktop and server operationg systems, application support experience with of all standard Microsoft Office applications systems
  • Driving license
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
