  Unfortunately, we cannot perform a withdrawal of the mentioned order as you/your son agreed before proceeding with the purchase:
  
  "I hereby agree to immediate delivery of a purchased order. I will lose my right to withdraw this order since such delivery process has started except for the order to purchase Premium account."
  
  This means that once the goods are delivered into your account, our service has been provided and is considered fully performed. Hence the right of revocation is not applicable in this case.
  
  Please note that you can ask for a refund of the transaction by submitting a ticket to our support team, here: https://eu.wargaming.net/support . The only conditions are that the method of payment should be refundable and that the goods were not used.
