  Why didn't I receive my Renegade promo card?

  Answer
  We are aware that some customers who opted in didn’t get the Renegade promo card. We will be updating the Battleforge news section tomorrow (9/3/2009) with instructions on how to resolve the issue.
  Please make sure you meet one or more of the following qualifications to get the promo card:
  1. Have unlocked full game access by reaching Level 4 in PvE and have played for 20 minutes.
  or
  2. Have unlocked full game access by reaching Level 10 in PvP and have played for 20 minutes.
  or
  3. Have (or have entered) a full game serial code.

  I can also tell you that you will have to play between the following dates.
  Friday, September the 4th and ends Thursday, September the 13th.
