  The Company

  The company is an innovative and rapidly expanding organisation and is searching for driven, motivated, customer service / call centre reps.   The Role

  Deliver an effective and professional technical support to various clients through multiple communication channels including social media platforms, email and telephone interaction
  Deliver excellent service ensuring that customers are receiving a fantastic customer focused experience
  Work within the European hub for the company ensuring that targets are met and delivered on time
  Deal with customer contacts in an effective, efficient and courteous manner.
  Troubleshoot all known/unknown issues with a specific product.
  Follow agreed technical support processes and procedures.
  Maintain clear documentation of all issues/troubleshooting.
  Research solutions to customers’ unresolved problems.
  Report all new findings to appropriate client specific Team Lead.
  Support the client specific Team Lead to ensure an effective service
  There are currently opportunities within industries such as gaming, fashion, retail, hospitality, software sales, IT and tourism we welcome applicants with an interest or experience in any of the above.

  The Person

  Fluency in a German language and English both spoken and written
  Must have customer service experience
  Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport with customers
  Good knowledge of appropriate Windows operations systems.
  Working knowledge of troubleshooting complex technical issues
  Articulate professional and enthusiastic attitude and focus to achieve targets
  An excellent team player as well as the ability to work in isolation
  Flexibility to complete tasks to improve the business’ performance
