  I apologize for any miscommunication in our last reply.

  I took a look at the serial code that you provided us, and it looks like it is actually a prepurchase of a physical copy of the game. This means that you will still have the 3 day head start access, but once you receive your physical copy of the game, you will need to add the serial code from inside the box to your account in order to access the game after the official launch date of August 28.

  Unfortunately the Guild Wars 2 account managment page does not provide any information about this, but from what I can see here on my side, you should be in good shape to log in during the head start period.

  A bibi ott van, hogy én digitalt vettem, nem box-osat, és csak az NA kiadásnál kell bemenni 28.-án kódért, EUban egyáltalán nem. BWE3 óta mindig benn voltam és mindig EU szerveren.

  EU kiadás megerősítve, én is Iceakosnál vettem, akire ráhoztam a szívbajt, amikor bemásoltam neki a levelet. Aztán váltott egy levelet a nagykerével és megnyugtatták, hogy ez bizony még mindig EU-digital kulcs. Innen is még 1x köszi neki a fáradozásaiért.

  Szóval a support még kicsit bemelegedő fázisban van - pedig Travis már "Senior member".
