  Ne csinálj semmilyen restore-t, küldj egy screenshotot a platináról a supportnak, és két napon belül megkapod a témát.

  To resolve this issue with regards to the Bloodborne Platinum Theme please do the following;

  1. Check your account has email notifications turned "on" via your PSN profile settings (process below*)
  *On your console, head to: Settings > PSN Account > Account Info > Communication preferences. Select "YES" on PlayStation products and services if this hasn't been selected.

  2. Please check that your spam/junk folders to ensure that the email is not hiding there.

  3. Please sync the trophies again and wait 72 hours.

  If you have set your opt-in set to "yes" and have checked your junk and spam filters but still have not received the email, please provide a screenshot showing that you have unlocked the Platinum trophy, email it in to us and we will rectify this for you.

  Így tettem, és meg is kaptam. Semmit nem kellett visszaállítanom. Múlt héten történt, nem évekkel ezelőtt.
