  Managing Consultant – IT Recruitment.

Our proven recruitment model works through our in-house teams in Hungary and Poland and our close affiliates in Benelux, Bulgaria, Germany, Romania, UK & Ukraine for regionally focused, candidate procurement projects. Coupled with our highly innovative online recruitment solution, we offer creative in country & cross border solutions that really stand us apart.
  We now seek an experienced managing consultant to lead and grow a team of 6 experienced recruitment consultants and three experienced researchers in our growing Budapest office working on a mix of permanent, contract, BPO, foreign & domestic client assignments.

  The ideal candidate will have +5 years IT recruitment and business development experience. You will be ambitious, target and money driven, highly organized and have exceptional communication skills. You will be new business oriented and enjoy developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates in Hungary and abroad.

  In return, you will be offered a challenging role with excellent support from highly experienced management and colleagues, possible career progression to country manager (with share option) within 24 months, commission scheme that climbs to 35% with no cap and profit share.
  Skills & Experience:
  Minimum 5 years plus proven IT Recruitment experience ideally with Proven Team Lead experience
  Passionate Business Developer
  Strong negotiation skills with ability to influence others

  High level of drive and desire to achieve - a winning attitude
  Ability to get on with the job and deal with challenging situations
  Confident with optimistic and outgoing personality
  Competent in the use of basic IT systems
  Good command of written English
