Az újraindítás és a wsreset.exe-vel való store cache törlés nem segített. Aztán megtaláltam ezt.
a) Press the ‘Windows + W’ key on the keyboard.
b) Type Troubleshooter in the search box and then press enter.
c) Select Troubleshooting. Click on view all and select Windows Update and follow the on-screen instructions.Így már megy. Két hibát fixált és utána működött.

Ok, Here's what I did. When you right click the Windows Defender folder click on Permissions. Then click the Advanced button. At the top of the Advanced security settings it says Owner: click change. Then where is says "Enter the object name to select" type in "Users". Click ok. Then Ok again. Now you should be able to check off the full control box for Everyone.
Regedit, hklm, software, microsoft, windows defender - erre jobb klikk, engedélyek, speciális, felül a tulajdonos mellett módosítás, és ide ő azt mondja a a "Felhasználók"-at kell beírni, de én emlékem szerint saját magam adtam meg (a bejelentkezős outlookos accountom). Ezután már tudod módosítani a teljes hozzáférés pipáját Mindenki számára. A gond ott van, hogy nincs engedélyed alapból ezt megtenni, ezért módosítani kell az objektum tulajdonosát egy csoportra, vagy közvetlen magadra.

Turn automatic screen brightness on or off
Step 1: On the Start screen, swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Settings.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, and then click Settings.)
Step 2: Tap or click Change PC settings, then tap or click PC and devices.
Step 3: Tap or click Power and sleep, and under Brightness, tap or click to turn automatic brightness On or Off.Set the brightness level manually
Note
It is not necessary to turn off automatic brightness before adjusting brightness manually.

hát ha kikapcsolod az automatikus szabályozást akkor tudtommal de (amúgy engem nem idegesít :-P)
amúgy tegnap érkezett az első generációs RT kivételével az összes családtaghoz firwmare update.

A kamera tényleg elég egyszerű, de szerintem megteszi, skypehoz elég, fényképezni meg nem fogok tablettel, meghagyom az ipados értelmiségi rétegnek. A dac pedig szerintem is kiváló, a K550-el nagyon szépen szól
A defendert pedig ne adjátok fel, keressetek utána, ki lehet kapcsolni, csak nem triviális.

A nyelvi beállításoknál új display language-t (hu-HU) kell felrakni az USA angol mellé. A megoldás hátránya, hogy ettől nem változik full magyarrá a win 8/8.1, csak kb. 95%-ig. Amíg be nem lépsz a userrel akinél a hu-HU lett az elsődleges display language, addig a login képernyőn továbbra is USA angol marad a szöveg. És még néhány egyéb más helyeken is, amikről most fogalmam sincs.
