  A dispute-ra nem reagáltak, de ezt az üzenetet kaptam tőlük tegnap:

  Dear friend, Sorry for reply late, i was out for business these days, now i have come back to work. Previously, it was because of a system failure at the post office that caused many parcels to stay stuck there after arriving in the Netherlands. Now it's back to normal. However, due to a sudden cargo fire in Hong Kong Airport on April 11, the airport is now strictly checking all exported packages, which has caused delays. The packages are still waiting for security in Hong Kong, but please rest assured, generally you can receive your package within 25-35 business days, so please be more patient. Thank you very much for your understanding and support!
