    A 12.01-én elutasított fizetés miatti reklamációra most válaszoltak. Én is kaptam egy képernyőkivágást és ezt a magyarázatot:

    We approved the transaction however, Tesco then declined it. We charged your card when the transaction was approved and then refunded it immediately once it was declined. You should see the refund reflected back in your bank account in the next 1-2 working days, but depending on your bank it might take up to 5 days.

    It’s not clear why it declined, as this can be because the internet connection has dropped, there were details discrepancies or there was an issue on the side of Tesco.

    Also, we’re aware of a display issue that shows these transactions as successful in the app. This has been flagged to our product team and they’re working hard to improve the in-app messaging. I’m sorry for any confusion this might have caused.
