  The NVIDIA IDE SW driver is provided ''as-is'' to the end-user.
  The NVIDIA IDE SW driver may contain design defects or errors known as
  errata, which may cause the product to deviate from published specifications.
  Current characterized errata may be available upon request, depending upon product.
  NVIDIA may make changes to specifications, product descriptions, and plans at
  any time, without notice. Upon investigation of defects, NVIDIA will determine
  the root cause. When agreed to by the applicable vendor, NVIDIA will attempt
  to work with the vendors to resolve the compatibility issues.
