  Man, i got no clue how it works, but i get along much better with the oldies than younger guys. Old people are much more nice to me and leave much more tips, which is a good thing
  But if a man's got a vision at 60, thats' fucked up, he'll die with that for sure, that's too late to change that.
  Maybe he just wants to look like a tough boss-type of guy /first impression, you know/ then he'll be getting better, more decent. You'll see.

  Man, that guy is not even tough. It's been 3 months he's here, he already changed every good thing. He doesn't see the real problems, and this place is still so disorganized.
