  3DHISTECH is a leading manufacturer and developer of high performance hardware and software products for digital pathology. Currently we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic colleague with experience in service and support to join our Technical Support Team:

  Technical Support and Service Engineer

  Roles and responsibilities:
  Responsible for the international technical support of 3DHISTECH manufactured pathology hardware and software products.
  - Provide support to partners and customers by solving escalated problems and providing information to ensure the optimum system performance criteria are met on the field
  - Taking application and service trainings to the customers in house and on site
  - Providing technical support to customers in house and worldwide

  Requirements:
  - Experience in precision and/or optical instruments service-support
  - Good technical knowledge
  - Fluency in written and spoken English and Hungarian
  - The ability to communicate clearly over email and by phone with customers and teammates
  - Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  - Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
  - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

  Advantages:
  - University degree in electrical and/or mechanical engineering
  - Experience in service-support function in the field of laboratory diagnostics
  - Additional European language knowledge
