    POSITION SUMMARY
    The web quality analyst is responsible for improving quality assurance processes by collecting and documenting task automation opportunities and requirements for test automation; owns and maintains defect tracking system and test packages; provides comprehensive analysis of issues logged; Quality testing, identification of and reporting of bugs; provision of standard consultancy support for DOL teams, assessment & benchmarking of agencies and controlling overall quality of web presence. This role reports into the Senior Production Manager (Narrowband) and is a critical role with responsibility
    for ensuring the quality of content hosted by the company for EMEA and emerging markets.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    - Taking part in improving the Production Management systems and processes,
    including collecting and documenting QA task and test automation requirements
    - Own and maintain issue tracking system and upcoming test automation solution
    - QA testing of sites to ensure DOL standards (technical, commercial, brand, legal, etc) are met.
    - Site bugs are clearly identified and comprehensively documented then reported to the Production Managers
    - Taking part in assessing the quality of agencies/developers

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION
    - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    - Understanding web technologies and tools
    - Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a web development and/or production environment with international coverage
    - 1 year’s minimum experience of QA, both manual and automated testing
    - Experience in test automation is an advantage

    SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED
    - Demonstrable understanding and hands-on experience of QA in an online environment and relevant tools, applications and reporting methods
    - Understanding QA testing methodologies, strong focus on black-box testing
    - Hands-on experience in JIRA administration and reporting
    - Strong understanding on Web Standards, latest development approaches.
    - Good English-language communication skills – demonstrable ability of being able to clearly communicate (both written and verbally) technical concepts and project information to an audience combined of technical and non-technical personnel (both internally and externally)
    - Self-starter who has high standards and exceptional attention to detail
    - Excellent problem solving skills

    PREFERABLE
    - Analytical personality
    - ISTQB certification
    - Selenium IDE / RC / GRID
    - Demonstrable understanding of workflow and content management systems
    - Effective coordination skills – able to prioritise and execute competing activities
    - Experience in web application test automation
    - Excellent knowledge of web technologies including a combination of: JSP, XHTML, XML,
    JavaScript, AJAX, Java, SQL
