  Hmm...girl problems. Well you shouldn't be waiting for some girl, why don't you go out with your friends and get some stupid chick for a night or two. You won't have any problem like this.
  What do you mean the place is going downhill? Why don't you take a look around in the newspapers see what kinda opportunities they've got.
  Probably the people that leave the company have their very good reasons to leave, so you should act if your boss is fucking around.
  However i hope things get better down there...
