  Program Manager – (online/web-based ERP product) – IK

  The function of Program Manager has the following key areas of responsibility:

  * Work with Product Development, Community Management and Operation to define both the long term and short term schedule for the product road map as well as for other initiatives.
  * Coordinate all activities that lead to a successful product release
  * Assist senior management in scoping decisions.
  * Define and evangelize best practices and processes within the Product Development organization
  * Help product managers, engineers and QA staff to develop successful project plans
  * Support an atmosphere of innovation and promotion of professional growth for the team

  Position requirements

  * A higher education degree
  * Demonstrated previous experience in leading and coordinating cross-functional and multi-team projects
  * Demonstrated previous experience in managing software development projects
  * Ability to relate to and influence project stakeholders as well as ability to balance competing priorities
  * Must be fluent in English
  * Functional knowledge of ERP as well as web-based technologies and development tools is a plus

  Suggested Package

  · Annual Basic Salary of approx 40,000 – 50,000 Euro
  · Aggressive target/performance related bonus – should be able to make 20% - 25% on top of Salary
