  Hello,
  We’re seeking an experienced FI-CO consultant to a Romanian oil company for 10-12 weeks to take part in the measuring-planning period of the full implementation.
  Tasks and requirements:
  Specific experience in lowering the number of days it takes to close the books of an operating company.
  - process performance review.
  - establishing KPI's or benchmarks.
  - Gap analysis (as-is assessment vs. to-be state).
  Candidate must be able to use KPI's / benchmarks to define the desired "to-be state" and to-be performance of business processes (financial/back office/accounting/booking processes as well as operational processes in an operating setting)
  - knowledge of IFSR, US GAAP accounting.
  Knowledge of Romania-specific accounting rules is a plus!
