  If you need install google play store on your huawei honor 3x or 3c,
  First your cell phone need root.
  The second you need install GoogleServicesFramework.apk
  if you don't install GoogleServicesFramework.apk the google play store can't work.
  The third install Google Play Store.apk
  then your google play store is ok!
