    Business Analyst/Technical Support munkatársat keresek.

    Description
    Business Analysts (BA) are key members of our technical care team. BAs are responsible for, account management, technical support question resolution, and troubleshooting for THINK Clients. BAs will support clients with the ability to resolve issues by providing answers to questions, suggesting alternative solutions, changing system configurations, and are able to assess client needs and provide recommendations for correct system operation. BAs coordinate resolutions to escalated customer issues relating to both software and hardware components while maintaining accurate records of the issues, recommendations for future resolutions, and work with corporate IT.
    Primary Responsibilities

    • Provides technical support to customers on functional and operation aspects of THINK Enterprise.
    • Log incidents, enhancements and all correspondence with customer, and track high priority development client issues.
    • Manage assigned clients and assist with questions, troubleshooting, & problem resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.
    • Create technical help documents on resolved cases; prepare and present training information to team members and clients.
    • Assist clients by installing, configure software, and system resources to maximize performance.
    • Be available for emergency help of clients at all times.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • Responsible for automation of hosted operations.

    Qualifications
    • BA/BS Degree in a related field of study required or equivalent experience.
    • 1-5 years previous experience in development support or technical support.
    • Proficient with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Experience with MS SQL Server.
    • Report writing skill is a plus.
    • Must be able to assist with afterhour’s emergency support.
    • Good troubleshooting, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
