    reméljük a legjobbakat, de inkább arra számítok, hogy buktam minden régi tranzakciómat. de az legalább kiderült, hogy dolgozik még élő ember a curve-nél, a panaszrészlegen legalábbis biztosan (csak hát nem lehet mindenért a complaints kukacra írni...)

    Your complaint about xxxx Debit MasterCard®

    Thank you for your recent communication which we received on January 8th, regarding your Curve card.

    I was very sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction and can confirm we will be conducting a thorough investigation into your concerns.

    I understand your complaint to be in relation to the technical issue preventing you from using the Go Back in Time feature after removing and re-adding one of your payment cards.

    If our understanding of your complaint is not correct, or if there is any additional information that you feel would be relevant to the investigation, please do not hesitate to contact me in the following ways

    In accordance with our complaints procedure and regulatory guidelines we have 15 business days from the date we receive your complaint in which to issue a final response, we will therefore investigate your concerns and write to you no later than January 26th, with our findings or with an update on the progress of the investigation.
