  We are looking for a

  Enterprise Infrastructure Project Support and Monitoring Team Lead

  For our Budapest Office

  Working as part of the global Enterprise Infrastructure Projects team, the role will be required to provide management to a small team providing monitoring, consultancy, guidance and practical assistance to project managers within Enterprise Infrastructure to meet the standards. The role will report to the EMEA head of Enterprise Infrastructure Project.

  Responsibilities:
  • Generation and formatting of monthly Enterprise Infrastructure Management Committee (EIMC) reporting data for presentation to the monthly meeting. This is the most senior forum within EI and is ultimately accountable for maintaining compliance with the regulatory standards.
  • Coverage and escalation support for junior staff undertaking monthly review of automated project audit report data to identify issues with projects. Issues will need to be flagged to the project manager for remediation.
  • Coverage and escalation support for junior staff undertaking one-to-one healthcheck reviews with project managers to look at minimum standards, as well as content of project documentation, project logs and project workplan
  • This role will be required to respond to changes in the overall Technology and Data standard with the management of updates to the global EI documentation, training material and communications. Depending on the magnitude of the changes, this may require basic email communication, or management of a programme of updated training.
  • Management of overall function, reporting to EMEA head of EIP:
  • The function, consisting of 3 additional staff will provide:
  • Generation of ad-hoc reporting from project tools
  • Review and follow-up on EI data in Firmwide generated reports
  • Monitoring of general project data quality
  • Monitoring of projects just below the compliance threshold
  • Project audit execution and follow-up
  • General PMO consultancy and advice
  • Project structure and facilitation
  • Setup of project management tools and initial high level workplan
  • Development of project schedules
  • Creation and maintenance of project SharePoint sites
  • Assistance with project documentation

  Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of project management terminology and techniques, ideally gained as a PMO or Project Manager

  Skills desired:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
  • Knowledge of HP Portfolio and Project Management tool
  • Experience of Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge of investment banking
  • Knowledge and understanding of network, server and voice technology and terminology

  Interpersonal Skills:
  • Ability to network and build relationships across multiple levels of a global organization
  • Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
  • Strong level of ability across the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work as part of local, regional and global team
  • Ability to build and maintain a local team identity
