  Just a reminder that the Infinit file transfer service is shutting down on March 31, 2017.

  If you didn't back up your files yet, you have two more weeks to do it before our official closure. This will be our last email.

  What’s happening to my files on Infinit?
  Until March 31, the file transfer service will operate as normal. You’ll be able to transfer files between devices/users as usual as well as upload files to the cloud.

  We advise you to back up/download the files you’ve uploaded to the cloud if you don’t want to lose them. Past March 31, all the users’ data will be deleted from our servers.

  I have uploaded a lot of files on Infinit. How can I download all them back easily?
  If you have a lot of files and you don’t want to download them one by one, please send us an email at contact@infinit.io and we’ll help you with that.

  I'm a premium user, what’s happening to my account?
  You can continue to use the premium features until March 31 but you will not be charged for it. Also, you will be refunded pro rata for the remainder of the year or month from February 1st.

  I have been using Infinit for transferring & uploading files. What am I going to use to replace it?
  There are several alternatives available such as: Resilio, CloudApp, Droplr, Send Anywhere, JumpShare, Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.

  Can I delete my account?
  Yes, you can do so in your account.
