  This program increases the DOS refresh rate on video boards supporting VBE 3.0.
  To install it, simply load VBEHZ.COM, you may also add it to your AUTOEXEC.BAT.
  This program is Freeware, you may copy it and give it to your friends, you may
  upload it to a BBS, to an FTP-Server, you may also put it on CD-ROMs, diskettes
  or any other storage medium.
  
  System requirements:
