  Patch notes for the 6/13/2008 update!!

  Issues Addressed:

  Memory leak and CTD’s related to Chat system
  Steering adjustments and fixes to keyboard settings
  Loser gets rating gain & winner loses rating
  If a spectator enters the room, the number of laps becomes restricted
  Event rooms and host controls improvements.
  Scoring adjustment in drift mode
  Lap number problem related to new users entering the room

  Enhancements:

  Ability to completely minimize the chat window/interface
  Server or System messages now visible on all chat windows
  No longer allowed to change performance settings in room after ready up and count down begins
  Green key description added
