  Right click on d-tools from taskbar. You will see Virtual CD/DVD-rom. Under that Device 0: and under that you should see Mount image. Click on Mount image and find the nrg file from your hard drive and left click on open. Then you can use any ripping program of choice to rerip into bin, img, iso, etc. Make sure you choose the virtual drive as the main drive under options in whatever program you choose to use.
