  We are looking for a

  Enterprise Infrastructure Project Support PMO

  For our Budapest Office

  Working as part of the global Enterprise Infrastructure Projects (EIP) team, the role will be required to provide consultancy, guidance and practical assistance to project managers within Enterprise Infrastructure to meet the standards.

  Responsibilities:
  • General PMO consultancy and advice to project managers globally regarding use and understanding of the standard EI project management tools, completion of project documentation and queries relating to the project management standards.
  • At the outset of a project, the role will be required to provide structure and facilitation around regular meetings, communications and status reporting.
  • Using the standard project management tools, setting up a project and initial high level work plan to ensure the project begins in the right way to ensure success
  • For larger projects, the role may be required to work with project managers to develop more detailed project schedule
  • Creation and maintenance of project SharePoint sites. These sites are used to provide a central location for the storage of documentation and general information about a project.
  • In line with the project standards, the role may be required to assist with the completion of project documentation. This will involve liaison with the project manager, and may involve wider communication with a global project team.

  Skills Required:
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Knowledge of project management terminology and techniques, ideally gained as a PMO or Project Manager
  • Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
  • Good level of ability across the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently, and often with remote colleagues
  • Ability to manage time and multiple pieces of work
  • Ability to work across multiple levels of a global organization

  Skills desired:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
  • Knowledge of HP Portfolio and Project Management tool
  • Experience of Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge and understanding of network, server and voice technology and terminology
