    Jé és annyit emlegettem őket hogy válaszoltak ma. Kissé megzavartak. Azt mondja hogy az amazon cserél és javít de alternatív megoldásként a gyártó vagy annak szerződéses szervíze is javíthat. Na akkor most mi van? Óriási :D

    Regarding the warranty: Faulty, damaged or incorrect items can be reclaimed up to two years from receipt of the product. This applies to items that are sold directly by Amazon.de and those from sales partners whose delivery is undertaken by Amazon (Fulfilled by Amazon.de).

    If faults or defects appear within this period, Amazon.de will remedy them in the form of a repair or replacement. We will, of course, refund all costs accruing to you because of the return or the service handling.

    When returning the item please pay attention to the following: the faulty item should be sent in full and with all of its accessories (if possible including the guarantee card. Please also include the small parts belonging to the package. This is important because otherwise we can't guarantee there won't be delays in handling the claim. Please also check the item for any storage media and remove these if they were not included in the original delivery.

    Please also note that it's not possible for us to carry out a data backup, unfortunately. To protect your privacy we recommend that you remove all personal data before you return the item to Amazon.de.

    Alternatively, the manufacturer or its contractual workshops can undertake a repair as part of the manufacturer warranty. Please note that the length of the warranty term depends on the manufacturer.
