Volt egy sikertelen vásárlásom a Curve-vel, mégis "levonták" az összeget. Mikor kapom vissza?
Két lehetőség van, mindkettő előfordul. Mivel az összeget először csak zárolja a bankod, néha sajnos zárolásban is ragad (a lenti bal oldali képen látható felirat esetén fordulhat elő), aztán napok múlva automatikusan felszabadul. A napok száma bankfüggő: a Revolutnál például 7, a K&H-nál 10, az Ersténél 15 nap, de egyes bankok (Raiffeisen, OTP, Cofidis) még hosszabb ideig, akár 30 napig is zárolásban tarthatnak egy-egy tételt.
Ha a sikertelen vásárlás után mégis lekönyvelik az összeget (ez jóval gyakoribb, a Go Back in Time menü aktívvá válása jelzi, hogy ez meg fog történni), a levonás mellett később lesz egy ugyanakkora összegű jóváírásod is. Mostanában az elutasított, a bankod által mégis lekönyvelt vásárlásokat legkésőbb a tranzakciót követő 15. napon téríti vissza automatikusan a Curve rendszere (ezt a lenti jobb oldali képen látható felirat jelzi), de egyes esetekben már a kilencedik napon elindul a visszatérítés. Ha 15 nap után sem történik semmi, érdemes panaszt tenned. Ha írsz a supportnak, a visszatérítési folyamat talán meggyorsítható: az appban tegyél bejelentést (Launchpad -› Support -› Chat -› New Conversation -› Transactions -› Declines), de készülj arra, hogy kérni fognak valamilyen igazolást/bizonylatot arról, hogy a tranzakció sikertelen volt, és arra is, hogy képernyőmentéseket már nem fogadnak el elutasított internetes vásárlásokról. Ha egy vásárlásod zárolásban ragadt, ugyanezen az útvonalon megpróbálhatod elkérni a zárolás Curve általi visszavonását igazoló RRN (Retrieval Reference Number) tranzakcióazonosítót, amelynek birtokában a bankod ügyfélszolgálata tud segíteni a zárolás manuális feloldásában.
Ha az elutasított tranzakciónál szintén a jobb oldali képen látható feliratot látod rögtön a vásárlás után (vagy 1-2 órával később), biztosan nincs további teendőd: ez azt jelenti, hogy a Curve rendszere már vissza is térítette az összeget (=bejelentést NEM kell tenned). A visszatérítés elindítása után csak a bankodon múlik, hogy mikor történik meg a tényleges jóváírás (jellemzően 1-5 munkanap).

Nekem mar tobbszor elofordult ez fedezethianyos szitu erinteses fizeteskor. Ezutan a terminalba bedugos modszerrel mindig sikeres lett a tranzakcio.

A kék sárga bútor üzletben vásároltam a Curve kártyával, majd egy hét múlva visszavittem az árut és visszakértem az árát. Curve Kártyát a terminálba dugtam és így visszavezették rá a vételárat, amit kb. egy hét után visszautalt a Curve az Erste számlámra.
Ez is tesztelve, jól működik a dolog 👌 -

Sziasztok! A velemenyetekre lennek kivancsi. Szerintetek ha a Curve Blue kartya upgradet kertem Curve Black-re januar 27-en este a Supportnak irt kerelmemben, jogosult vagyok-e megkapni? Ez egy vasarnap estere esett, ejfelig elvileg meg a regi szerzodes szerint mentek a dolgok ( Curve black legacy) Januar 28-tol leptek eletbe a valtozasok mint pl. havi dijas Curve Black stb... Mellesleg ott volt ( es a mai napig is a legfrisebb alkalmazasban ( IOS) egy tajekoztato ezzel kapcsolatban, hogy egyszeri 50£ elleneben lehet upgradelni. Ez egy fura helyzet, mert meg a hatarido elott kervenyeztem, kaptam automata visszaigazolast, hogy fogadtak stb. Azota tobb levelet irtam es vegre annyit megtudtam, hogy nagyon megnovekedett az ugyfelszolgalatuk munkaja es legyek turelemmel, irnak majd. Mit gondoltok, jogosult vagyok a regi tipusu upgradre?

What has changed in our Terms of Service?
We have added two new sections:
- American Express wallet in Curve; and
- We have introduced Amex top-up wallets to Curve.You can now add your UK American Express card to Curve if the the first 6 digits (BIN) of your card are listed here. Every Amex card will create its own top-up wallet which you can use for spending with your Curve card. Please note that you may be charged a fee by Curve for transferring money to your top-up wallet, depending on the tier of your Curve account. Note: you will not be able to make ATM withdrawals with your Curve card linked to a top-up wallet.
Subscription Model introduction
We have introduced a new subscription model.We have 3 tiers of your Curve account:
- Curve Blue (free);
- Curve Black (£9.99 or €9.99 per month); and
- Curve Metal (£14.99 per month), in the UK only.The Curve Black and Curve Metal tiers both come with additional benefits, in addition to your regular Curve features.

What has changed in our Fair Use Policy?
We have added two new sections:
- Compliance with your underlying card issuer’s terms; and
- Paying off your Credit Card with Curve.These changes relate to the underlying payment card you select to use with Curve. Specifically, we provide clarification on making purchases with your Curve card when your underlying card is a credit card. We restrict its use, where possible, to only those payments and purchases which are permitted by your credit card issuer’s terms. We want your experience of using your Curve card to mirror the experience of using your selected underlying payment card, as much as possible.

What do I need to do?
If you're happy with the changes, you do not need to do anything. If you are not happy with the changes, you have the right to terminate the agreement with us and close your account without charge at any time before 29th March 2019. If we don't hear from you by then, we will take this to mean you have accepted the changes. If you don't agree to the changes, or have any questions, please contact us at support@curve.app.
Planning for Brexit
We have been preparing for the UK's withdrawal from the European Union ("Brexit"). Although the manner and timing of Brexit are still not clear at the date of this letter, we are taking steps to ensure we can continue providing Curve’s services if the UK leaves the EU on 29 March 2019 without an agreement ("Hard Brexit").How a Hard Brexit might impact on Curve
Curve is issued by Wirecard Card Solutions Limited ("WDCS"), a UK authorised Electronic Money Institution which is currently able to issue e-money and provide payment services in the other EU countries using "passport" permissions.
In the event of a Hard Brexit, WDCS expects that it will no longer be allowed to use these passport permissions and so WDCS would not be able to issue e-money and provide payment services in the EU after a Hard Brexit.Notice of changes to our agreement with you
As you are based in an EU country, we will need to make certain changes to the way we provide Curve’s services to you after Brexit.
We will be varying the terms and conditions with you, as described in the Appendix to this letter. The main change will be that Curve will be issued by Wirecard Bank AG, a sister company of WDCS, in place of WDCS. Wirecard Bank AG is a credit institution, authorised in Germany and supervised by the German financial services regulator, Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (or "BaFin").
Upon a Hard Brexit, the changes to our agreement with you will take effect on 29 March 2019. Other than the changes that we are describing in this letter and in the Appendix, the terms and conditions with you will remain in full force and effect on their existing terms. You will continue to receive the services as you currently do.What will happen if there is no Hard Brexit?
If Hard Brexit does not occur and WDCS is able to continue providing the relevant services under its passports, then WDCS will remain as the e-money issuer and payment service provider under the terms and conditions and there will be no transfer to Wirecard Bank AG. If this happens, your terms and conditions will stay exactly as they are today and the changes to your terms and conditions set out in the Appendix will not take effect.Next steps
You will not need to take any action in order for these changes to your terms and conditions to become effective and, in the event of Hard Brexit and the transfer to Wirecard Bank AG taking place, you will be deemed to have accepted these changes, unless you tell us otherwise.If you would like more information or wish to discuss the content of this letter, please contact us.”

Ha jol olvasom, akkor akinek eddig egyszeri dijas (50£) Black kartyaja volt, 3 honapos dijmentes elofizetesi idoszakot biztositanak es 2019.aprilis 28-tol vált át havi fizetosse. Hmm...ez valakinek nagy pofon most, eleg sokan felhaborodtak ahogy olvastam a forumon. Gondolom az ingyenes 3 honap alatt visszavalthat Blue free kartyara, ha nem szeretne havi dijas lenni. Valaki megerositene ebben? Koszi
