    "I would also advise you to just in case check if you have the contactless payments enabled for your card.
    You can do so on the app, by tapping on Account, Manage Card and See my limits and choose that your would like to enable contactless payments.
    I have also reset your PIN trial for the card and that should solve any issues you may experience. Resetting the PIN trial does not change the PIN code.
    You would now need to authenticate the card with the PIN code. You may for example check the balances in the ATM. And once that is done, the contactless should work nicely.
    If you are still experiencing any issues, it might be worth ordering a new card since perhaps the current one is damaged."
