    Thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry you've had a decline.
    I can confirm that the first transaction was approved, however, the merchant then declined it. We charged your card when we approved the transaction, and then reversed it immediately once it was declined. You should see the amount we charged drop off your payment card statement and reflected in your balance in the next 3-5 working days.
    We’re aware of a display issue that shows these transactions as successful in the app. This has been flagged to our product team and they’re working hard to improve the in-app messaging.
    It's not clear why it declined; this can be because the internet connection dropped or because the billing address was being entered incorrectly. Let us know what you're entering if you would like us to check it.
    Also for the second transaction, at the moment the merchant hasn't sent us a message to cancel the transaction.
    Do you have a decline receipt? Once we receive this, we can reverse the transaction for you straight away.
