  A "Fallout 76: Steel Dawn Deluxe" leginkább kozmetikai cuccokat tartalmaz, semmi olyan ami nélkülözhetetlen. Minden DLC ingyenes volt eddig, a havi előfizu ami könnyítés a végtelen tárhely miatt leginkább, de bőven lehet nélküle élni.
