  We are looking for a Business Process Management Consultant,supporting the BPI team and liaising with the business customer organizations and the domain competency centers to introduce a process
  centric projects implementation for NG IT.

  The Business Process Management Consultant as part of the BPI team will have to fulfil the following tasks:
  BPM Consultants are key contributors to the project team that build solutions
  BPM Consultants have a natural curiosity about business problems and a desire to leverage them by using tools and techniques to solve those
  problems.
  BPM Consultants have excellent software development skills and are knowledgeable in the end-to-end life cycle of software development.
  Collaborate with BPM Analysts, Technical Architects and Project Managers to build solutions that solve customer problems and deliver business value for NG IT
  Directly contribute to solution development in the areas of process flow, business logic and user interface
  Initiates the project through the hosting of "discovery" sessions with the process participants
  Applies a complete BPM roundtrip, starting with the BPM Methodology and ending at execution level with hints to simplification
  Align and support for NG IT process centric Integration projects.
  Uses the 360 degree tool based roundtrip to create efficient and reusable processes.
  Support of the BPI Strategy, hereby closely liaising with the EPI Senior management.

  The professional should bring the following soft skills:
  Capable of leading process discussions, consisting of subject matter experts from corporate IT and business.
  Strong communication and social skills, ideally with international background
  Analytical business process skills and project management background
  Bridging between Business and IT and align the interests of each.

  Mandatory know-how:
  Background of telecommunications industry
  BPM Methodology, especially applying the methodology in the context of a project.
  Designing and reading process models like BPMN 2.0, ARIS EPC, etc.
  Familiar with BPM Vendor implementation such as Oracle, TIBCO, SAG, etc.
  Telco relevant Frameworks such as eTOM, SID, etc.
  Know-how of IT systems and business processes in the area of CRM,
  Billing or ERP for communications.

  Must have: good command of English
  Nice to have: German language knowledge

  Location: Bonn or Darmstadt
