  HOT-LINE IT SUPPORTER / SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

  IT Company is a Danish / Hungarian, well established IT firm, providing IT services to small, medium and multinational companies, which wants to outsource their IT support.

  Position description: System administrator:

  • Mainly phone and remote support but also on site support for companies inside and outside of Hungary
  • Implementation, software and hardware support at the clients, troubleshooting
  • Supervising and setup, configuration routers, using wireless technologies.
  • Server administration

  For the position our expectations:

  • At least 3 years practical experience
  • Knowledge of software products like: MS XP, MS 2003 server, MS
  • LAN knowledge
  • Hardware knowledge
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Service-minded attitude
  • Strong English knowledge
  • Reliability, precision.
