    "the lipo I was charging exploded and burst into flames taking another lipo and my brand new idst charger with it! It was so fast, with no sound or warning. Just a flash of light and a fireball on the tailgate of my truck. I was able to kick the flaming bits and pieces onto the ground before anything else caught on fire. Lipo charging bags are now on their way! Just a side note, although very badly charred, the idst charger still works. Not sure if it was the charger or the battery that caused the fire. There was no visible damage or issues with the 4s thunderpower 1300 mah lipo. Here's a few pics. Also I normally charge my lipos in the cab of my truck off a deep cycle marine battery, I only had them on the tailgate today because it was 60 degrees here in NEPA. I'll never charge batteries in my truck ever again."
