    While this is not a definitive timeline, as delays may occur, this does confirm that this work is entering the final phases of completion. Once again I'm very sorry that your account has been affected by this issue for so long.

    In light of this update please could you confirm whether you would like to raise another formal complaint regarding this?

    Please be aware that since the issue you're experiencing with our Go Back in Time feature was addressed in the complaint response submitted to you on January 5th, we would only be able to accept a complaint regarding the amount of time a resolution has taken, rather than the issue itself.
