    Looks like your Curve Card is expiring soon. Before we send out a new one, we just want to check your information is correct.

    We will send your new card to the address below

    Want your card sent to a different address?
    You have 14 days to change your saved address in the app before we create your new card. Go to Account, tap Settings and click on your address to update it. Full details here.

    Your new card will be shipped to you before the expiry date of the old card. It can take up to 6 weeks for your new card to arrive, from the date of this email.

    Want your card sent to a different country?
    You won’t be able to change country in the app, but get in touch via the in-app chat or submit a request form and we will sort it out from there.

    Your new Curve card is on its way – we’ll send it out to the address below.
    Your new card will arrive in the next 13 - 15 days

    When your new card arrives, head over your Curve app and activate your card. Remember to update any recurring payments you may have linked to your Curve card. Things like Amazon, Netflix, Uber, and others. As it’s a new card, you’ll need to add it to Apple or Google Pay again.
