  "Do be aware that the 3132 chip can only handle about 120-150MB/s total throughput across all drives. Although it does support 300MB/s transfers it flow controls them very aggressively. You won't notice the bottleneck if you are transferring from one disk at a time, but if you are doing anything that does concurrent transfers (e.g., Linux MD raid or ZFS) then you'll find that card painful."
