    Rule #4: To Build Muscle You Need to Train More Frequently

    I don’t mean you have to train every day.

    I mean that you have to train each muscle group more frequently than once per week like most guys do. Don’t listen to your favorite juiced up, genetic freak pro bodybuilder. What they do will be of no use to us.

    The more frequently you can stimulate a muscle group, while making strength gains, the faster it will grow. I mean, duh, right? That should be pretty obvious to anyone.

    From a training perspective, there are only two possible angles for cracking the hypertrophy conundrum:

    Stimulate more growth in a single workout.
    Train more often.

    If we consider option #1 and put our energy into figuring out a way to get more growth out of a single workout, we quickly run into a wall. How can I say this? Because if 100 sets of curls over the course of two hours could add an inch to our biceps, we'd all find time to do it.

    You must hit a muscle at least twice per week for it to grow at an optimal rate.

    Pár példa... Legalábbis az elvek szintjén. Tudom hogy kb. ugyanennyi kereséssel lehetnek 3 olyan hozni aki szerint pont ez nem jó. De mint mondtam én biztos nem mondom hogy valamelyik módszer kizárólagosan jobb mint a másik de szerintem semmi gond azzal ha agyal az ember, meg keres más módszert. Ha nem jön be akkor nem csinálja.
